T-4 days and counting!

Only four more days and the Nae-kery will be up and running!
I'm starting an at-home bakery as covered under the new Texas Cottage Food Law!

I sadly will not be able to sell candies or foods requiring refrigeration such as cheesecakes and meringue pies.
I *will* offer a large line of gluten free items, and other allergy-friendly foods.
As a disclaimer on those with severe allergies- I DO use a general kitchen, where I DO prepare other, non-gluten free (and other allergen) foods, but I DO NOT prepare them at the same time, and all care is taken to ensure there is no cross contamination from gluten to gf items, and non-vegan to vegan, ect.
My 5yo son adheres to a gluten free, dairy free diet, and has for almost 4 years now, so I'm well aware and familiar with the importance of allergens.
